Equality and Diversity

Equality and Diversity is embedded throughout all work and initiatives implemented by the Board.

It is also enforced through two of the Board’s sub-groups that focus on ‘Black Music’ and ‘Gender Equality’

The Black Music Action Group meets monthly, acting in an advocacy capacity for Black individuals and organisations working within the LCR music industry. The group aims to drive action and accountability for Black inclusion and investment within the sector, working towards increasing Black inclusion at decision making levels throughout the sector’s infrastructure.
