Box Office Assistant

We’re currently looking for a Box Office Assistant to help ensure that our ticketing services and sales are as strong as possible. In this role, you’ll use the Spektrix ticketing system to sell tickets by phone and in-person, providing impeccable customer service at all times. You’ll also help to resolve any issues customers raise and answer queries about everything from our event programme to travel advice.

This is a variable hour contract. On average, we anticipate that the work will be approximately 7-14 hours per week. The salary for this role will be £9.90 per hour (Real Living Wage).
