Holistic Harmonies is a Community Interest Company whose aim is to use Creative Arts to promote positive wellbeing for the whole family.

Delivering weekly Singing Mamas Choirs for women and children, music and movement sessions, family social events, baby massage courses, and targeted projects aimed at developing a cross-generational practice within social care settings; Holistic Harmonies is driven by a passion for music and movement and our objective is to use the art form as a vehicle to promote positive mental and physical wellbeing and togetherness with participants across all lifespans.
